Elder Law and You: An Informational Program

Sarah Hartline of Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino will present an informational program on elder law. All are welcome-- registration is required.

Presenter Bio:

Sarah Hartline is a Partner at Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino. She represents clients in estate planning, including long-term care and special needs planning. She also represents clients in MassHealth applications and appeals, guardianships, conservatorships, probate administration, and related litigation.

Sarah is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Boston Bar Association. She currently serves as a co-chair of the BBA Elder Law and Disability subcommittee. Sarah also serves on the advisory board for the Massachusetts Money Management Program—a program that assists low-income seniors with financial management.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. During law school, she was an editor for the Review of Banking and Financial Law and was involved in the Boston University Public Interest Project. Before joining Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino, she was a law clerk at Collins, Loughran & Peloquin, P.C. and an associate at Keefe & Associates.

When Sarah is not practicing law, she enjoys running, baking and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
