Join Shaun of Zetlin Fitness to learn how fitness can help heal us from anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
During this presentation, Shaun will demonstrate a new "gym bag" that offers Master Mantras, Emotional Guidance Techniques, emotional triggers, and a deeper understanding of someone's "why!" Learn how movement can produce a calming and exhilarating effect on multiple levels as you begin to release your own emotions. When you embrace fitness as a means of feeling more open emotionally, then your workouts (and life) can reach an entirely new level of happiness!
Shaun will demonstrate a combination of emotional and physical exercises to help you to empower yourself emotionally through exercise.

About the Presenter:
As the son of a professional bodybuilder, Shaun Zetlin was exposed to weightlifting and exercise at a very young age. After overcoming his own physical limitations having been born with club feet and gross motor skills, coupled with a lack of confidence as a young boy, Shaun has now made it his mission in adulthood to share his passion, knowledge, and inspiration about proper fitness & health with a positive mindset to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
For 21 years, Shaun has successfully run his own personal training & nutrition business in the New York City Metro area. Able to relate and adapt to each client, Shaun prides himself on developing exercise programs and nutritional plans that address each person's individual needs. His clientele reflects all walks of life, from the beginner to the bodybuilder, the expectant mother, the seasoned athlete, the senior citizen, the professional dancer... Shaun's specialties include: strength & conditioning, weight loss, corrective exercise, and power techniques.
In addition to instilling proper exercise and eating principles in his clients, Shaun also strives to educate others via books, articles, instructional videos, lecture demonstrations, continuing education courses, and appearances on radio, podcasts, and television.
