Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Gentle Chair Yoga class! Led by Karen of Sacred Turtle Yoga and Mary of Recreating Peace, this class offers a safe, supportive environment where you can stretch, strengthen, and calm your mind without needing to get down on the floor. Chair yoga is perfect for seniors, beginners, people with limited mobility, or anyone looking for a gentle way to stay active and centered.
What to expect:
- Easy-to-follow seated and standing poses using a chair for support
- Gentle movement to improve flexibility, balance, and circulation
- Breathing exercises and mindfulness to reduce stress and promote relaxation
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Chairs will be provided.
No prior yoga experience needed; adults & teens ages 13+ are welcome.
